The reason we are sending you this letter is because we need your assistance in locating homeowners who are considering selling their home.
*Currently, there are only 21 single-family homes for sale within the city of Hutchinson, MN and 28 pending properties (have an accepted offer and are awaiting closing.)
The current inventory of twin and town homes is also lower than average with only 7 for sale and 7 pending.
We have faced a lack of homes for sale throughout the past year. Our current inventory is below the typical inventory for this time of year. The interest rates are still extremely low and have been serving as a catalyst for many buyers.
We have numerous buyers that we have been diligently trying to find homes for but have not been able to locate their “perfect home”.
The buyers that we are working with have various needs. They are first-time buyers, move-up buyers, retirees, etc. – each with a wide range of preferences, price ranges, etc.
