We at Hometown Realty in Hutchinson, MN have seen a dramatic drop in the sale of distressed property in McLeod County. Distressed property means foreclosures and short sales. As you can see by the graphs below, traditional home sales have risen 17.1%. Foreclosed homes have dropped 27.8% and short sales have dropped 16.7%.
