Krista Yoch’s journey in real estate began in 1994 after purchasing her first home in Hutchinson, Minnesota. What started as a personal experience soon grew into a passion for the real estate industry. Krista began her career as a receptionist and office support professional, where she gained valuable insight into the business and discovered her desire to take the next step in her career.

In 1998, Krista earned her real estate license and began helping buyers and sellers navigate the process of finding and selling homes. She always envisioned working for a locally owned company that shared her commitment to exceptional service, professionalism, and strong client relationships. In 2003, that vision became a reality when she joined the team at Hometown Realty.

Throughout her career, Krista has had the opportunity to experience nearly every aspect of the real estate business. From office support and working directly with buyers and sellers to managing the many details of real estate transactions from purchase agreement to closing, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to keep a real estate business running smoothly.

In her current role as Office Manager at Hometown Realty, Krista enjoys supporting the agents, coordinating daily office operations, and helping keep things running smoothly. She finds great satisfaction in being a resource for the agents and helping them succeed in their business. Her extensive industry experience, attention to detail, and understanding of the many moving parts of real estate make her a valuable part of the Hometown Realty team.

Krista is proud to be part of a locally owned company that puts people first. She believes in the importance of building lasting relationships and providing the highest level of professionalism and service.

Krista is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, and the Regional Multiple Listing Service. She also holds a Notary Commission for the State of Minnesota.
